27th September 2016: 271/366 A Bend in Time

When you’re giddy with excitement, does time speed up? Slow down? Tell us about the experience of anticipation.

What a shack day today. I managed to cover 12 hours and although both shifts are manageable, the fatique starts when you are on the way back like now.

When you are giddy with excitement, the time gets slower because you already anticipate something is about to happen. Then there will be suspense around the corner.

However if you are living the moment of excitement, the time usually speeds up. Before you knew it, it is times up and back to reality.

Just like this coming trip, as the dates gets closer, the time gets slower. Trust me that once I am on holiday, the time will fly. Speaking of which, should I catch Survivor tonight or should I head to bed?
