24th June 2016 :  176/366 Morality Play

Where do your morals come from — your family? Your faith? Your philosophical worldview? How do you deal with those who don’t share them, or derive them from a different source?

Morals developed from childhood through life experiences, influences and advices with observatory actions. Family is one big influence on marals from our childhood due to the fact that we are nurtured and we are closely surrounded with our loved ones most of the time like no matter how the situation is; your family blood never breaks.

Our Faith also plays a part too on our morals as having a belief does help to guide you to a straight path when you are lost. Like they say no religion is evil, religion only teaches you to be good with positive moral guidelines just like in schools. Sadly some people misunderstood, twist and turn what they learned to their own negative thinking causing others to then reflect badly on the religion itself. For example, every school is actually a good school where you go to and learn. However the lack of discipline the students have and they do things they should not do reflect the school therefore people will just assume the school is not good for their children. This shows that how people behave shouldn’t reflect where they come from as in the end the choice made is on individuality.

So some things such as morals comes from the source itself is to learn the source and not judge from what others say or people from the source act. Even from a person point of view, know the person first before throwing false assumptions. I believe no matter how bad a person is, there is still good in them that we should not gave that up to see.
